Cindy Gunter

Cindy has been in the escrow, real estate or banking business  for over 30 years; of that time, over 20 years in escrow.  She specializes in short sale transactions, however she also handles resale, refi’s and Bulk Sales.

Cindy is very passionate when it comes to closing her transactions and treats them as if they were her own property that she is trying to get closed.  She goes above and beyond for all parties in the transaction  to make sure that the escrow closes on time.

Excellent customer service is her priority and she is very proactive to make sure that there are no issues at closing.

She is a proud member of CEA, AEA and the National Notary Association.

She has a BSBA in Business Management from UNLV   and an Associates Degree in Paralegal from Las Vegas College.  She has also been an Escrow Manager for three independent escrow companies for a total of 7 years.

She has two children and loves going to the beach.
