Dee Goodrich

Dee has been an escrow officer for over 35 years in San Diego County. While she has handled all types of escrows over the years, both residential and commercial, her primary focus these days is commercial. Dee has worked for both title companies and independent escrow companies. Dee’s title company experience gives her a firm grasp of potential title issues and efficient methods of solving those issues. Over the years Dee has successfully closed escrows for all types of property including, multi-family projects, office buildings, shopping centers, strip malls and mini-storage facilities. She has also handled escrows for large land purchases, long term leases of airport property, escrows involving 1031 exchanges, lease options, defeasance of existing loans and bond financing. It is rare to find so much talent and experience in just one officer. In addition, Dee has handled escrows for properties throughout California as well as Arizona, texas, Oregon, Washington State, Colorado, and Florida. Dee has said that she “endeavors to be proactive rather than reactive” and that she “enjoys a challenge”.
