Kathy Hodgson

Kathy Hodgson’s twenty-five years in escrow have given her the experience to handle many types of transactions with many different scenarios. Her agents and their clients enjoy her professional hands-on type of escrow where she returns phone calls, speaks directly to all involved in the transaction, gives updates on the progress of the file, and all with a sense of humor. Customer service and anticipating the needs of her clients are her top priority.

Kathy entered the real estate industry in 1977 by working for a large title company in San Diego. Her sister-in-law persuaded her to try escrow in 1985 and Kathy has been excelling in the industry ever since.

A third-year generation native San Diegan, Kathy lives in La Mesa with her husband and teen-age daughter. Her oldest daughter, Kelly Clay, is her hard-working assistant at Eaton Escrow. Her son is an E.M.T. in training to be a fire fighter/paramedic. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, taking walks, and supporting her San Diego Padres and Chargers.
